If there is a property that interests you, and you are not able to attend the auction in person we can arrange for you to bid by either telephone where you will give your instructions to bid to a member of the auction team who will relate this to the auctioneer. Alternatively you can bid by proxy, where one of the auction team will act as your agent and bid up to a pre agreed price, this limit is NOT disclosed to the auctioneer.

For us to carry out either of these we will require the proxy/telephone bid form to be in our possession by 11am of the day of the auction along with a cheque of 10% of your maximum bid plus the £235 buyers fee
